Cantonesa Noodles with Cream and Sausage

  • 1 package of Cantonesa noodles
  • Margarine or butter
  • 1 spoonful of finely chopped onion
  • Cantonesa Consommé to taste (optional)
  • 1 package of chicken, beef or turkey franks, cooked and cut in julienne strips
  • Sour cream to taste
  • Salt and peper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

Cook the noodles: Put them into the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. The noodles should be "al dente". NOTE: Avoid cooking the noodles for more than 5 min. because they loose their wonderful texture. Rinse under cold running water. Drain.

Stir-fry in the butter, the noodles, the onion and the Mich Seasoning (little packet included in the box) or Consome Cantonesa.

Mix the noodles with the franks and the sour cream.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the parsley.

Serve hot.
