Cantonesa Noodles with Garlic

  • 1 package of Cantonesa noodles
  • Butter or margarine
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • A bunch of finely chopped parsley
  • Parmesan cheese

Cook the noodles: Put them into the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. The noodles should be "al dente". NOTE: Avoid cooking the noodles for more than 5 min. because they loose their wonderful texture. Rinse under cold running water. Drain.

Fry the the garlic, and then add the noodles.

Before serving, add the parsley and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Serve hot.
